Non Z but still BMW related... my new daily driver!

When I got the M Coupe I knew I would have to get rid of the 328is and get a much cheaper daily driver... and on Tuesday of this week I found that car! An 87 325 2dr with the only options being Royal Blue metallic paint and an LSD. It is in about as mint shape as I could hope to find an E30 without spending major coin. It has 120k miles and the only flaw is some rust bubbling on a front fender.

I find it very cool that even though the car is 19 years old it still drives, sounds and feels like the new BMW's(although slower and softer!)

I'm really happy with the car and that is a good thing as I watched the 328 drive away last night.

Nice ride. First time I have seen that color.

Here's mine: http://www.bimmerfest.com/forums/showthread.php?t=87992

I saw... and am slightly jealous! I couldn't find an IS for a price I was willing to pay.

I've got the power sunroof too... but cloth interior that is in very good condition. Plus the dash crack... hehe

I'm very glad it has the LSD! It snowed last night here and I don't think I'd have been able to get around with the peg leg.

I don't think I am even going to do anything to the car other than maintanence. Almost every wear item has been replaced recently. I just need to repace the timing belt, adjust the valves and replace all the fluids. I'm going to have to come up with something to keep myself busy... lol
