Maybe you already know this, but someone on ebay is using your car pic in his ads. Lookie here  ebay is pretty responsive to intellaectual property complaints in case you are interested. I assume this isn't your auction. |

it's not bens auction. his auction with his wheel in it has a different name and location. he better get ahold of ebay if he does in fact care. remember ben- imitation is the sincerest form of flattery

It would be one thing if he was just using images, but when he puts his ebay user ID on the pic as if he owns it...
