undefinedHello, I just bought a 1998 Z3 manual 2.8 Havent put 30 miles on it and discovered when heater is set for heat, it will blow hot air for a short period then cool air.
Would that be a thermostat sticking?
Any opinion would be greatly appreciated. Also if there is anything else I should know about this model, bugs etc. please let me be aware.

Danny | Mine tends to blow cooler air when below 2000 RPM.
Could that be the case with your car too?

Could that be the case with your car too? | When I am stopped at a signal or stop sign or just stopped it starts to blow cool air. Then when I start moving again it gets very hot. Sound like yours?

If the heat control is not all the way up it lets cold air in.
My '01 M coupe has a pump in the heater line.
Doubt that your car does.
