I'm going to do some track days this year and the local club requires a four point harness. From what I can tell(mostly from HMS...) is that I can't use the stock seat with a harness. I don't think that my shoulders are broad enough to be secured properly(6'1 155lbs..)
Any opinions on the matter? I don't like the idea of having to buy new seats but I will if I have to.

Ask your club for more details.
If they say that shoulder eyelets aren't required, buy the harnessbar and the harness, then decide if you're comfortable with the idea. In a wheel-to-wheel situation where passing is unrestricted, I don't think there's any question... get yourself a racing shell that'll accomodate a 5 or 6-point harness (whether you use anti-sub belt(s) now or not).
On a long track day, you won't regret having a racing shell. Much less slipperiness and much more bolstering leads to less exhaustion in the later sessions, which means you'll get more out of the day.

Funny, some clubs won't allow 4 pt without a roll bar.
But try it, Randy runs shoulder harnesses in his car for autocross without grommets on the stock seat.

To me it's a silly requirement because even though it's a "competitive" series(and I use that word loosely because you're just trying to beat the clock - not other people.) All the cars are spaced out far apart and there is no passing due to that.
I think I'll end up getting the HMS harness bar and go from there in deciding if i can work with the stock seats or not.

They cost 15 bucks a pair and necessary if you keep the stock seats.

The general consensus is that if you elect to go with harnesses that a rollbar and proper race seats are definitely a good idea. With that being said, I personally am not following that advice. I utilize the HMS Harnessbar with a Schroth Profi II Harness. I'm 6' tall, 195 lbs, and have relatively broad shoulders.
Joe Marko, owner of HMS, states the following with regards to the Coupe (Thanks to Evergreen Dan for the info)...
The A, B, and C pillars on the M-Coupe go over the roof. Because they are so close together, the provide much of the strength of a roll cage. Probably one of the safest street cars in this regard, in Joe's opinion.
Pay particular attention to the instructions included with the HMS bar if you end up going this route with harnesses and the stock M Coupe seats...
"....Nearly all drivers under 6' tall will have a problem keeping any competition shoulder harness properly in place in the event of a rollover or other serious incident if the stock seats are used. Even tall drivers with narrow shoulders or a shorter upper body may find this to be a problem. In order for a harness to be effective, both shoulder straps must rest completely on the shoulder without the harness extending beyond even the slightest edge of the shoulder."
