They're pretty expensive, but BMW online has Steiff teddy bears. 2 of them at the moment. A mechanic and a driver.

I don't know if kids actually play with Steiff bears or if only collector's buy them. They usually become very valuable with age. They have a non-Steiff bear too that is less expensive.
