IIRC, most people claim Wagonworks on Route 1 in Alexandria is the best in the area, but be prepared to wait and pay for the privilege...

NT Body shop at Eisenhower ave. alexandria did my mercedes after my collision 8 yrs ago. they do HBL's body work.
Also, the mercedes benz dealership at glebe road near ballston has their own body shop. maybe they can take your car.

Don't overlook First Choice Body Shop at 525 31st Street South in the Crystal City area. They only work on BMWs, Porsches, and Audis.
Call the manager, Ray Moxley, at 703 836-6920 for an appointment.
I give First Choice my highest recommendation. They did two major repairs on my wife's 525i Touring and did a perfect job both times
