directions for dropping subframe to install Ireland bushings?

I usually search this forum unsuccessfully only to find out later that the exact information I need is indeed here... Anyway, are there any step by step instructions for dropping the front of the subframe to insatall the Ireland subframe bushings?

I'm thinking that the bracket below the bushing in the following picture by Randy Forbes comes off:

Does the diff mount or anything else need to come loose before lowering the sub frame? Any tips or suggestions? Jacking and/or support points for the subframe/diff?

I still have to pull mine to for the Ireland install. DWM's How-to should help you out...

Note that's not a how-to, it's just a log. Lots of stuff not mentioned, and no step-by-step instructions. Maybe I'll work on that this weekend.

A once-over-lightly hilighting potential stumbling points would be great! We're leaving in a couple of hours for what's become our yearly pilgrimage to Indy for the F1 GP in the coupe so I won't get to it this weekend in any case.

Thanks!
