I remember reading that when people use a lightweight flywheel an M5 clutch can be used. Is the clutch and pressure plate from an M5 interchangeable with ours? If so is there an advantage in doing this?

The M5 clutch/pressure plate can only be used on the Stage II LTW flywheel, the dimensions won't work on our factory flywheel.
one thing to keep in mind is that you might want a 325 slave cylinder in order to retain some of your clutch pedal feel, as the M5 pressure plate/disc is going to cause the pedal to be quite light.

If you can live with a little more noise generated from the parts, the mod is well worth it.
Pedal feel is still fine- benefits are improved clamoing force and the motor feels livelier- revving more easily especially at low RPM's.
Probably good for a 10th 0-60....................just keep those tenths adding up
