How to remove taillight housing to replace burnt brake light?

Hi, one of the three bulbs in the driver side taillight is burnt out. It's one of the accessory lights, not the actual brakelight.

How can I remove the housing to access the bulb sockets, and also, what part number is the replacement bulb?

Thanks

RTFM = "read the f_ing manual"

common forum-speak...just playing with you.

no, take the bulbs out by hand. seriously, if you don't have a manual sign up to join the owners' circle at bmwusa.com and download a copy.
