 Tires/road conditions/accident info

I'm wondering if there's a trend hidden in the rash of accidents we've had lately. It would be interesting to see if there is some correlation with tire brand, road condition, and tread life.
If you've been in a situation where the coupe or roadster has lost traction and an accident resulted, please post the brand of tire on the front and back, the respective tread condition, and the road conditions at the time, and any relevant tire details you can think of. Don't bother mentioning the car speed though, we're all very conservative drivers.
We may be able to discover a trend or two here,

I think you're looking for some sort of relationship where there isn't one. Regardless of a tires make, condition or ambient temperature the responsibility rests with the driver.

If there's one thing I've learnt from any accidents I've had either on track or off is that even though a condition (poor judgment or lack of skill, weather, tires or mechanical problem) may have contributed to the problem it was *my fault* for not recognizing that and adjusting my riding/driving accordingly.

Real accidents do happen under no fault of your own but those are rare in comparison to the number of accidents caused by simple driver error.

Believe me that I've had enough on and off track "incidents" to have some idea of what I'm talking about...
