S54 air/fuel oxygen sensor info needed

Hi All,
One of the first upgrades I would like to do to my S54 roadster in install an air/fuel ratio meter for future upgrades. Anyone know if the S54 uses a 5-wire or a 2-wire oxygen sensor set-up (my guess is it is a 5-wire)? The dealership has my vehicle for other repairs, so I don't have access to the car to take a peek, but I would like to order the gauge. Also, anyone have any success with an AutoMeter air/fuel meter on an S54?
Thanks,
Brett

Stock S54 O2 sensors are narrow band.
All of autometer AF gauges that I've seen are narrow band, although they seem to have a new gauge out that seems to be wideband. My experience with autometer AF gauge, I did not find it to be useful for monitoring the air/fuel mixture.

If you will be doing a lot of engine performance mods, I highly recommend wideband gauge setup.

Thanks guys for the information...
I know that the AutoMeter unit is not great for fine-tuning but at least it can give you some verification of running lean if you think you hear a bag of marbles rattling from your engine compartment. Indeed, a wideband is a better way to tune but I still have not found the mobile units (like those from AEM or Innovate) to be as accurate as a Horiba and a chassis dyno. The AutoMeter does the job for analysis at a glance.
I'll keep you posted on future upgrades...

Hints?

Random guesses: Forced induction? The Advanced Autoworks super charger? Are you going to lower the compression? Head gasket? Internals?

Yes,
I admit that I am a forced induction junkee. But since I just got the car it will definitely take some time. Anyone can say they will bolt-on boost and not follow through...(but turbos rule, hint hint)
