Ideas for MODS
Ok I know this is off a bit , but Im looking of ideas for mods for my car. Nothing crazy like a super charger or anything but I want to get a list together for some things that I would like to add. Most of you know what I have and dont have
Just thought I could get some ideas from you guys. Im really hoping the steering wheel controls pan out

Well, since our cars have the same innards, how about some of the mods I'm considering:
UUC Evo 3 short shifter and lighted shift knob
3.46 torsen diff. - but I still need to learn how to use the rpm tool to see how it'll work
supersprint exhaust - which i've seen for as low as $510
bigger brakes - maybe transplants from an M car
TCK coilovers and IE bushings
UUC underdrive pullies
You've already got the rims I want but can't find. but I just picked up some staggered LTWs which'll be replacing my M68s. since my car is still under warranty I already went with dinan cai, hftb, and matching software. Good luck.

I wonder if any S54 parts would work on the m54 engine. Cams, headers, Throttle bodies, intake? It would be interesting to see what could be done with it given that it is a fair bit lighter than the S54 and is just behind the S52 in power.
A popular mod for m52 engines is to use s52 cams.
If all else fails go fer a treefitty, a live rear axle, un sum wheeelie bars.

max | Not sure what you have or don't have, but on my 3.0 my favorite mod(s) was the Forbes/Stygar SSK and whalen knob.
I hated the wheel gap and would have redone the suspension had I not sold the car.
Replacing the headunit (traffic pro) was the best thing I've done to the M Coupe, improved the sound much more than I expected.

My .02 | Max has the shift lever and TP (and EVERYTHING Leather Z sells).
If he did the suspension, he might actually be tempted to drive the car...
