I know this might sound stupid, but..
Is there a model car that had large chrome letters "B M W" , like the M but all three instead of the rondel?

No. But the roof-top stowbox has 3 chrome B-M-W letters. They are available separately. Italic, all caps, about 1" high. I have 1 set. I can dig up pn if you need it.

Are there any from any beemers? I recall seeing 'B M W' lettering on some of them.

I have my Carbon engine cover and now it needs something to complete it.
