Just got back from the show. Some very nice cars, but it wasn't a spectacular show overall.
1) I love the F430...everything about it. 2) I also like the Audi A3. 3) BMW display was so-so...M3 Competition Package looked like it had 3" body lift on it. 4) Cars made all of Legos are sweet. I want one. 5) Honda makes a pickup truck now...weird. 6) The Buick display is just depressing. I feel sorry for the people working there. 7) Lady on the turntable going on about the new Chevy truck while everybody was ignoring her looking at the Z06 on the turntable 30 feet away. 8) Could almost hear crickets chirping in some sections of GM's displays. 9) Ridiculous bling in Kentia Hall. 10) As always, Porsche display (sorry, Porsche room) was sweet.

i always feel bad for Kia/Hyundai folks. Not b/c no one is there to look at their cars (just like Buick), but b/c of the marketing budget they're working with. Everyone at the MB display, for instance, is in business suits behind a big desk with an illuminated 3-point star, etc, etc. These poor people are wearing cheap polos, white tennis shoes and are sitting behind a folding table.
