BMW of Sterling is a mess-(see dealerrater.com). Are there any independents in the Washington DC area trustworthy to do minor work on late models? Just need routine maintenance. Any other more "local"  forums I could use? PS still trying to get pass Virginia emissions since Sept 22. Thanks |

Never saw dealerrater.com
All the VA dealers score low. Arlington where I last took my car is even lower than Sterling
Oh boy.........just checked the one and only dealer in the area I'm moving to and they score 2.7  And it's a multi-plex
Is dealerrater.com a good indication? I wasn't pleased with BMW Arlington.

the only guy at bmw of sterling who was of any use is mike arata who is now the sales manager of their mini side.
he was honest and i feel bad for not sealing the deal back in dec 04.

passport bmw in maryland so far to me has been the best in the area. fairfax is ok in my books due to connections.
