Yeah, yeah, I know, this topic has been beaten to death before.
However, while I prefer the DTM?? style of the Supersprints, looks will take second place to construction, fit, subdued sound, and performance.
Any personal experience would be much appreciated, along with any better alternatives.
A limitation is that I want the system to be compatible with Randy's twin ear mod which I've decided to sign on for to preempt a problem that has not yet manifested itself, given the AA S/C up front.
Thanks and Merry Xmas.

I have the Eisenmann 83mm sport setup. It's a tight fit to install and the tips have melted away a few milimeters of the plastic around the rear bumper panel where the four pipes exit. I also have the StrongStrut rear strut and body brace installed and there are no clearance issues with the exhaust system there. To me, the sound is just like a louder version of the stock system, which is that raspy metallic sound. I personally do not like this sound and at times it makes me feel like a boy-racer when I step on it. If I had the money, I would remove it and try the Supersprint, given all the positive reviews of it that I've read on this forum.

Well, I'm not a coupe or roadster owner, but I drove a M coupe with SS Magnums and it sounded AWESOME. I wish I could get that sound out of my M3....

Hey John:
I have the race version of Eisenmann 83mm. It sounds awesome with conforti cam kit, etc. things that I have done to my coupe. Although, I agree with "loudness" only when I put the pedal down to medal.
Regarding quality, Eisenmann quality is great too. Just spend alot of time aligning the fit and it won't rub (use extra washers).
Otherwise, sounds great to me.

Thanks Adam. Any issues with the tips melting the bumper cover?
