 Weighed the car

When I initially purchased the car it weighed 3364 with me out of it if I remember right.
Had it weighed again today on a different scale. Full tank, spare tire plus it weighed 3180 with me out of it.
BMW spec is 3131 with someone in it.
I have no idea on the accuracy of either scale.
So I really don't know what the car weighs.

Ron, if you know the Scale's make and model and also find out if it has had it's annual calibration. You should be able to find out the tolerance range of that scale from the manufacturer.
Good idea.
When I stopped by and asked, not seeing the car, they asked if it was an American car?
I said that it was a nice car. They asked what car? Once I mentioned that it was a
BMW M coupe, they said drive it on. The M is what convinced them.

I tipped the weigh guy $20. After showing him and his coworkers the car, he said to stop by anytime you want to weigh something. He said it was within 20 pounds which I don't believe.

Will stop by again and see if they know the scale details.
