Hello,i'm looking for an airbag for a multifunctional steering wheel or anything that can cover the spot where the airbag was.
I have the steering wheel but no airbag
I live in Europe ,can somebody help me out here?

I think the intent is to have an airbag there. How did it get triggered? There is nothing made to fit in that location except the airbag, so you are going to have to get something jury-rigged to go there, and likely it will not be pretty or cheap. My advice is to get another airbag installed, which won't be cheap, but it will be better looking than what you have now.
