I need help. My car has been at port since 10/16. I have no clue why it is not in VDC nor why it still has not dispatched. does anyone here that has access to BMW dealer order and tracking system that can tell me more on where my car is? also, i would like to know if it has been marked as sold unit. The wait is killing me! All the 1st batch west coast M5 has reached the dealer. My was among the 1st 44 cars, yet, my dealer can't tell me squat.  |

CALL BMW NA, the website is way behind on info. Your car may be at the dealer even. Your client advisor (sales person) can access this info and should give it to you. If they give you any trouble just tell them to mail your refund of your deposit and you will order somewhere else.  You WILL get the info.

I ordered my car and I founded that the tracking sysytem was not updated as quick as it should.
Acording to the system it was still at the factory and the dealer said it was shipped.
He was right, with a couple of days it was at the system.
Don't give up.

Don't give up. | I would say the system is way behind.I took redelivery on 2/22/05 and the system still has my car at the VPC. Dealers are updated very frequent on the status of the cars they ordered, try talking to them you will be surprised the information they get.My dealer,JMK,was even told my first aid kit was missing and they showed it to me on the status sheet they receive from BMW. Good luck
