BMWCCA Screwed Up, what to do
My membership was up for renewal and sent the form in, assumed all was good.
Couple of months go by, notice no Roundel had come. Call them up and they say membership expired. Tell them renewed by mail, They didnt get it so I just pay with credit card over the phone. New card arrives by mail.
Just looked at new card and it looks like they started a new member number and also shows that now I'm only a member since '05. Of course, now I'm not eligble for the CCA Rebate for a while and was thinking about getting an E90 really soon.
Anyone have a problem like this and what did the CCA do?

Did you tell them your old member number? They should have just renewed the old member number.
Call them back and fix it.
BTW did you see the charge or did the check get canceled when you renewed by mail? If not, that should have been a red flag.
