Does that mean it would make the car worth more than they are asking for, or less? It just seems odd to be selling a car that looks totalled. I thought you can make more money by stripping the car and selling the parts separately?

Notice that there are 0 bids for that auction. I would be suprised if that motor ran at all, if not smothlly. When ever a car is in a wreck that bad, Nothing on the car is the way it should be, Even the rims on the good side are probabliy bent. Thats just the way car wrecks work. No smart person would ever bid on that.

Is there a market for the 3.0L engines, like can you put it in an E30? I'd imagine it's a lot harder than using an E36 motor.

What I wonder: Didnīt the 330 allways have 17inch wheels from the factory? (Because of the bigger brakes)
Those are 16inchers, arenīt they. So is this really a 330xi ?
