Who is the Most "Experienced" Geezer on this Board?

Who is the most "experienced" geezer on this board? By that I mean, who was the first one here to own a BMW? As you can see from my signature I bought my first BMW in 1971. Also, in terms of age who's the oldest? I'm 60 but still like to drive good cars. (Despite my 22 year illness with Mercedes-Benz. )

refresh my memory... was that the 4 oxen cart model, or the two horse version, which had better 1/4 mile times IIRC.

Over the hill, my a$$! You are 5 valleys away, Mr. Lestat.

At Roadster HC this year, there was a couple well into their 80's, I believe, and still going strong. The guy had just had his 2nd hip replaced a few weeks before, and was using the canes with arm bands, but damn good on him for the effort! I think they had a 6 hour drive down! Plenty of Greenville/Spartanburg residents didn't make it.
