install ipod via tape deck wiring
i have been looking around for a solution for connecting my io, and found this: http://www.bmwtips.com/tipsntricks/M...e%20inputs.htm
I just have the standard non-dsp with cassette deck and cd changer.. Would it be possible to do this on my stereo?
Regards,
Tom.

Since you don't have DSP, just use the blitzsafe adapter. I might even have one to sell that's just sitting around in my garage.

I may be interested in the blitzsafe you have. How much would it go for? Is it everything required to hardwire the ipod by using the CD player input?

Yes it is. I'll have to find it first though so let me get back to you maybe tomorrow. I'd say 50 bucks plus shipping would cover it.
