| | Reply » changing B, C, & D pillars (help) | It's not hard to do, but it is a little different than those instructions say. After doing this half a dozen times, I have some recommendations that will make it a lot easier and come out looking like a factory install. It is absolutely essential to install the pieces in the right order or you will crush the little rubber seal at the top of the new pillars and it will look bad. If you guys can hold out to tomorrow afternoon, I'd be happy to show you.
If you are doing the exterior only then I assume you already have the 18 parts needed (unless you're also getting the glossy mirrors). I don't think I've ever done this without at least one duplicate or missing part, so hold up everything to the car beforehand to make sure it's all right and not damaged.

By the way, was it you I met at Crevier? I had the Estoril Blue 540 parked by the Mini dealer.
