I am looking for ramps to make my life easier changing my oil, also I need a suction device and finally a good mechanic tool set.

You can get rhino ramps for about $20 at pep boys. They work great and are cheap. If you are planning on getting a suction device, you don't need the ramps to change the oil.

I'm assuming you have to have ramps that are lower or with a defferent angle degree due to the low front ends of BMW's? Or will any basic ramp work?

Craftsmen tools...all you'll ever need. Snap-on and SK are nice...but $$$$

Rhino ramps at any PepBoys...they are lower profile than standard ramps.

Coo, Rhino ramps will be. Thanks! Hmmm, Craftman tools sound great as well real mechanic tell me not to use them but I am NOT a real mechanic, just a guy looking to save some money...

Craftsman all the way...you break one...you can replace it very easily.

For changing oil, I have been using this for years:

If you get into changing breaks, get the brake kit below it...keeps things very clean...very clean.
