Increase the seat belt length for a 2002 530I
Would anyone know how to increase the seat belt length. It is very tight on me. If I move the seat backward to loosen the grip of the belt, then I cannot reach the pedal and the brakes.

I know of no way on any car to safely modify the seat belt mechanism nor would I recommend doing so as it would probably invalidate your auto insurance and the car's warranty. You may want to consider an aftermarket seatbelt such as those used in tracked cars.
Can you compare the seat belt length to another car? How about to the passenger's side? It is possible it is broken.
