Help!!! I have the Itch!!!
The wife and I have been shopping for an apartment here in Manhattan. We have been excited about the project but decided to shelve it and wait for prices to come in. So...we are saving a boatload right now...but I still have the urge for SOMETHING new. I have the New car "itch"...
Right now I have a e90 330i. I've always regretted not getting the ZSP. I have ZPP, NAV, Step...I have 10 month left and I am paying only $454, inclusive of taxes...Payoff right now is 39k, residual is about 32k.
I want a new car...hopefully this weekend, and don't want to keep the one I have. I am prepared to pay a penalty of at least a couple grand...either paid in cash or or added onto a new Lease/finance.
Itching for either an e92 or e90 335i, a 2007 x5 or possibly a CPO 6 series.
Any advice?

That lease payment you have seems pretty decent so someone may want to step into your shoes and assume it, especially if you have a fair amount of miles leftover. Put it in swapalease.com and I think you find takers within 1 week, especially if you put an additional incentive which will effectively lower the payment. This way you avoid paying a couple of grand. Now, my fee for this advice will be half of what I saved you.

Any advice? | The houseing market in the city is one of the only ones not coming down anytime soon, so your wait is going to be a long one!
like the pp said put your car on leasetrader or swapalease someone will jump on it.
as for what to get next all depends on the $ you want to spend, all the cars you mention will significantly raise your monthly payment. my vote would be E93 or CPO 645 convt, but that's just me!
