 BT & mailbox access.

Anyone figured out how to access their voice mailbox via BT (hands free).

The only way I know is pickup the phone and, browse to the Inbox and then type my password in using the keys on the phone.

Seems there should be an easier (hands free) way to do this....... is it in the manual?

You can use iDrive to send tones . . . while in the phone menu press down on the iDrive and you get two options....end call or a second option 'keypad' or something like that...from which you can send tones.

I just have it all programmed into my handset, pauses and all. I just have to press one button after the call connects and it calls my mailbox and enters my password and starts playing new messages.

There is no such programming available in our cars, as far as I know.

Bart....... nice tip. I had my old non-BT phone set up that way. I'll dig out the Razor manual and give it a go.

Haven't explored "the tones"...... but I did program my voice number [pause] and password, so now I can access my voice mailbox via voice command. Very cool.....
