It is generally accepted you should be able to get 1k over invoice but there may be better deals out there. you should put 0 down as a cap cost. Why pay for what you haven't used yet. 36mo is average 12k a year is average I found that depending on the money factor your payment will change about $30 per 1k$. This would be based on the adjusted Cap cost of the lease. A good money factor will vary 4%-6%. You need to shop this as well.
