My vehicle was built in November 2003. Is voice command available for installation in my vehicle? On the BMW-provided DVD it showed the option would be available in the spring of 2004. This is an option I really want...it appears to make driving even more enjoyable. Wow! I can't believe the power in this 545i.

If you have BMW's OEM navigation then the answer is yes.

The current BMW setup is voice command connected with the navigation system. Since you do not have navigation the voice functionality must be disabled.
Note: The DVD is not the feature/component that enables the voice command.
