Light Scratch on Clear Coat
I just arrived back from a business trip to discover some scratches on the left upper part of the hood. Almost looks as though my dogs jumped up on the car. They're not through to the paint, just very light scratches.
Does anyone have a suggestion on what I can use to try and remove these? I reapplied my Zymol Wax/Cleaner but they are not totally gone.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks.

Thanks. | The wax that you applied only covered them up they are still there....You need a swirl remover and by hand you are going to need some elbow grease....I suggest this company and to use his SSR1 swirl remover....I suggest that you use a cloth applicator or a micro fiber one, so that you can get some pressure on the area...work in small areas like 12x12 inches so that you can keep good control over the area.....what you want to do is work it well until it starts to disappear, this means that you are breaking down the product and its removing the scratches.......I use all the time on the details that I do...its a grade higher than a polish.....you could go straight to wax after this application as well.
