I'm consulting your guys expert opinion on this one.
Do you think this is a decent deal:
MY2006 550i w/ 11,838 on the odo. Previous owner owned the car for approx. 4.5 months and put the 11,838 on the odo. (that's alotta driving....) Anyways, he trades this 550i in after 4.5 months for a new M5.
It's Jet Black/Black/anthricite. Sport, Navi, cold weather, prem. sound. Asking $59,777.
It is not going to be certified pre-owned, so there are no extra warranties that are added. Just the transferred maintenance and OEM warranty. (they claim that the car has not been owned long enought to do the pre-owned certification)
What do you think?

The MSRP on that car was $64,745 and the invoice was $59,170, so you could have bought it BRAND NEW for $60,670.
Or you can buy a brand new 2007 with the same options (which now include the comfort seats and 4 years of BMW Assist) for $57,000. (If you can't make it to Yurrup yourself, you can work a deal with Agent 99 to pick it up for you when he's there in September).
Either way, you would be nuts to pay "full retail" for a USED CAR with a quarter of its warranty gone. The dealer already made a killing taking the 550 in trade for the M5, so no need to feel sorry for him. Time to find yourself a different dealer!

I am looking to do a ED for someone if they are interested but I dunno. Lottsa details to work out and I wonder if most folks would be happy with having 2000 miles on their new car!

I think buying the car is a good deal - you still got a lot of warranty left.
BUT - the price is WAY to high. Shoot for $51 or so.
