Check out this short clip released by BMW re their quality control. They reference the BMW testing facility at a secret location is So Cal. Anybody know where it is?
It seems there are a lot of mules near Santa Barbara.

From the video, it appears to be the BMW facilities at Port Hueneme, CA, where the VDC is also located.

I went on this tour, and I think info about it was posted on these forums. It was organized by the LA chapter, so keep a lookout for any announcements, or propose it to the board yourself.
