Well I knew this would happen. I currently own a MB CLK 500 and let me tell you I love the car but my inner self said, go back to a BMW. Before the Benz I owned a 330ci and I loved that car to death so now I am treating myself to a 2007 530xi. I bought the car without test driving it, that is how confident I am in the product. Any words of wisdom, good and bad things about this car?? Please let me know!!!  |

I know but I have one question, was the new 530 always 255hp or was it at first 225hp and then in the last year BMW uped it to 255?

2007 530s are 255, maybe 2006, I'm sure someone will weigh in on that.
Earlier for sure were 225.

I think the 2005s had the 225HP 2006 - 2007 has 255HP.

Yeah I hope so cause I drove my cousins 2005 530 and it was slow, I wasn't very impressed so I'm thinking 30 more hp will help it out....
