I know this is a strange decision, but I'm trying to decide.
love the 350 power and gadgets
but love the 530i handling, prestige, and cabin/trunk space
any comments? I know this forum is BMW biased, but curious anyway!

any comments? I know this forum is BMW biased, but curious anyway! | The Lexus is a nice car. The BMW is, well, it's a BMW. Only you can decide if you want a nice car, or the ultimate driving machine. Only you know how much value you place on power vs. handling, gadgets vs. feel, etc.

Also you are comparing a compact sedan to a mid-size sedan. Why not compare the 330i vs the IS350? I believe the 330 is actually a bit roomier inside than the IS350 and of course the 5 series is much larger inside. I'd have to say the IS350 is an attractive car; hopefully they will add a manual next year and allow the electronic nannies to be truly disabled. If you are looking for a fun-to-drive car I'd recommend an e90 or e60.

If you enjoy driving get the bimmer.
If you want a utility vehicle get the lexus.
