So far I've been going to Open Road BMW in Edison where I bought my car. I think they're very good, and better than what I expected from BMW service. The only problem is that they're far from where I live . . .
Does anyone recommend any other dealers in NJ? I really need a good service department because I don't have the patience to go back and forth for the same problem or issue.

Flemington BMW is excellent in my opinion. The waiting area is WiFi enabled and they have empty offices you can use if you decide to wait for the service.
But more importantly I've never had an issue with the service performed on my E60 or my previous BMW.
