 Service Code help?

I have a 2004 530I that's in the shop with a bad head gasket. It's been replaced 3 times. They fixed it last week and kept it because the repair didn't work so they actually replaced it 4 times (twice on this latest visit).

I was able to get a printout of all service to the car and have a service code I can't crack. The dealer tells me he doesn't know what it is (right) and can't (or won't) tell me. I downloaded the service code list from the other forum, but this one isn't on it, although the prefix indicates it is an engine problem.

The code is: 110009999WR

Believing I was being flim flammed (if you know what that means you're WAY to old) I called two other dealers and spoke to their service department. No luck.

This baby is headed for the citrus grove. (Lemon) I like the car, but it is no longer reliable. Been stuck in the boonies. They came and got me, but I missed a business meeting that was worth more than the car so I'm not a happy guy right now.

Little help? Please?

Thanks
Jeff

Well, your in the right state to get rid of that squeezer. If I remember right the "lemon law" only requires that the problem has to have an attempt to repair the problem three times. Some dealers will try and work around that by saying it wasn't the original problem, but something that might have been related to the original problem. Very, very shady

I've been looking into the lemon law. While it's worth pursuing, the potential outcome appears to be a little worse than getting your car stolen and dealing with the insurance company. If they find in your favor, whichever option you choose (replacement or cash back) they have this formula they use to deduct the mileage (wear and tear) but there’s no add in for inconvenience, time lost, extra visits to the acupuncturist, or a hooker (the last one's just for stress reduction for all you Victorian types. And for all you literalists, it's a joke, geez).

Lemon law says 4 repairs for the same problem, or 30 days in the shop. I have to see if this last repair counts as 2 or only one. 15 days and counting.

The service "guy" called yesterday and wasn't optimistic about the repair. He said he THINKS they can fix it without replacing the engine. Who's on first!!

Has anybody seen that code before?
