The cost of conversion to M5 look from 550 is about the same as the new M5. Why not buy an M5? 1. M5 bumper kit: $2500 for part and labor 2. Mirrors: $1000 part and labor 3. Rim: $2500 4. Trunk lid $400 5. M5 Shift paddle and knob: $800 6. Two tone interior: $4000 7. New M5 fenders: $2000 part and labor 8. Exhaust mode: $1000 It's already $14000. Do you want more? I don't think it's worth it! Wait for a used CPO M5 would be a better choice.

Just buy the M aero kit for 1280 plus shipping add 1200 for paint and install and buy some M5 wheels for about 2100 and you will be done.

$1280 is from CrevierBMW in Orange County, CA. Shipping is about $200. Try BMW of Newport in RI. They are closer to you. Contact Garry at gromani@bmwofnewport.com.
