To All,
I am new to leasing but have been shoppings deals. The best terms I got for a loaded E60 are $1500 over cost, no security deposit, .0024 MF, 59% residual, 15,000K miles. This is through BMWFS.
Does anyone have anything different? Better?

Abe, Not detailed enough for me. Please confirm the 16 cents/mile cost to extend a lease's mileage and pleae confirm how one "simply" extends a lease and what costs are associated with this? I can imagine that BMWFS must know about this "little way" around their more expensive 3-year lease (vs. a 2 year) and has thus built-in something to avoid exploitation...maybe.... I just want to know what that is as far as you know...if anything at all. Thanks!

okie, i will try and get some confirmation on the 16 cents a mile.
secondly, i believe they let you automatically extend for 2 months no questions asked, and upto 6 months if youre getting anohter bmw no questions asked. since i plan to do ED every 2.5 years, this is perfect. is having the car 6 months less really worth the terrible residual u get w/ a 3 year lease? it comes out to a difference of like $54/mo at 10k
