How do you turn On/Off DSC? Also What is DTC?
Also in the manual, it says that I have to hold the DTC for like less than 10 seconds to turn the DSC off. How can you tell if DSC is off(do you get a message on the screen)? If it is off, how do you turn it back on? DSC is always on when you start the car right?
When you press the DTC button and it lights up, does this mean DTC is on or off? What does DTC actually do to your car? and when are the cases when DTC gets activated by itself?(If it gets activated by itself, can you turn it off again)? Can you have DTC on while DSC off and vice versa?
Sorry for too many questions...

DTC (dynamic traction control) is for icy roads/slippery roads

Also What is DTC? | The two systems shouldn't work at the same time so that they don't interfere with each other.DTC is something like an electronic limited slip differential and is usefull on icy or slippery roads. So it is normally off,and by pressing the button you turn it on.The DSC is on when you start your engine and there are two stages of turning it off.In the first stage,it allows your wheels two spin a little but doesn't let you oversteer. In order to achieve that, you have to press the DSC(not the DTC) button(and not hold it).Second stage:you press and old the DSC button(I don't know for how long.Must be 5 or 10 secs as you said)and yeeeehaaa...!!! It gets totally turned off.If you get it off,in order to turn it back on,you have to press the DSC button.Concerning the DTC system,I think that when you turn it on,the DSC is automatically turned off.So when you press again DTC,DTC gets off and DSC back on.By your post you gave me the impression that there is no DSC button.I think that this button exists, and you can find it next to the gears.

Normally when you start the car, DTC (traction) and DSC (stability) are on. If you press the DTC button, "DTC" shows up on the dash display. This means you have switched off DSC, and reverted to DTC, which allows some slip in order to get moving in snow or sandy surfaces.
If you hold the DTC button for 4+ seconds, the DSC symbol is lit on the dash and both DTC and DSC aids are shut off. This is primarily for drivers (me included) who like to hang the car out at silly angles in the corners. It lets the car slide as much as desired without electronic intervention.
