DVD Nav/I-Drive mysteriously restarted by itself while driving.

Any reason why this happened?
Also I asked as to why my active steering got inactivated/malfunctioned(don't know if there is a connection between these 2)

There may be a connection, but you definitely want to run over to the dealer and have them check it out. I've had iDrive crash on my maybe twice in the past year...
