Also if you read up, you'll find the BMW FS money rates now in effect. So far as I know, it's not possible to negotiate a better deal on a BMW FS lease than those published rates (although it is possible for the uninformed to get a worse deal).

You should strive to put as close to zero "money down" on leases (that is used to reduce the cap cost).
