 530xi Accessories

Love driving new 530xi just purchased a week ago.
Wiil come in handy to have this wagon in many ways including transport of our dogs.
Yes! I will put our dogs in this vehicle. Its and expensive taxi. LOL.
Was looking at the accessories for the 530xi. In particular the mud gaurds and liners for the inside backend.

Are the mudguards worth the price to protect the finish in the winter? We get a mix of sand, salt and little rocks during the winter. The little rocks are a big pain.

Anyone have an familiarity with liners in the backend?

thx.

In addition, I'd like to know if the mudguards are user-installable and are the rear bumper reflectors a standard item that can be added? There are depressions in the rear bumpers for them but I don't see them in the accessory catalog?

I'm interested in the liner too -- I'm also planning on putting dogs (and kids) in the car!

The reflector inserts are 11.90ea in the 5series Catolague p.5.
I have a trunck insert. Fitted, non skid and it works nicely.
I would assume mud gaurds are dealor instaled.
