SOT: Those who use Bank of America My Portfolio to track their BMWFS lease
I use My Portfolio with BOA to track all my credit cards, investments, banking, and reward programs. It shows all accounts on one page - saves me a bunch of time each week.
For those who also use this with their BMWFS lease, is there a way to set it up so that it only shows the full amount of the payments, instead of the payout value of the car? It's counting it as a $48K liability, whereas my remaining lease payments are around only $10K. I guess this would go with any leasing company.
TIA.

TIA. | I doubt it. I use a similar account aggregator service with Wachovia and its not an option. You shoud list the actual car as an asset at 48K to balance the payoff.

Or you should add it as an asset, and schedule regular deductions from the asset's value for the depreciation.
