  front lip?

 front lip?



hey guys, ive decided that when i get the 550, i think i want to change the front lip. i dont like the mtech kit, and i dont want to go crazy, just a decent front lip. whats out there. google came up rather dry...

not looking to spend more than maybr $500-1000 installed at WORST, its a lease and i just want it to last 2 years..

edit: i think i will go with the replica ACS one...the guys on e60.net had decent luck with it. whatcha think?

I don't like the Mtech lip either........ If I was to do it I would go with ACS.... I didn't know you could buy "knock-off" ACS body kits.

One word of caution..... the body shop that I use, (probably the best in Portland, Or), tells me that not all of these kits fit correctly. They recommend staying with certified BMW parts. Because of this and the fact that I don't care for the Mtech bumper...... I opted to spend my money foolishly another way.

good lord your ED and redelivery are 2 months apart? how long did you spend in europe??

That's the usual waiting period for ED (from the West coast). I was there 8 days.

Best things about ED is driving the car the way it was designed to be driven (Autobahn) and saving $$.

Worst thing was the wait for redelivery!
