I guess from the perspective of an individual that is having car problems (like many of us) it's hard to look back on the big picture and see the overall quality of a brand. I was under the impression BMW's reliability was just average or a bit above (given the fact someone always seems to be having a problem with theirs on this forum), but it's actually very good.
