I am looking for mod (non-engine/performance related) recommendations on a 530ia with sports package. My hunch is I don't need engine/performance mods since I am quite happy with the power of 530, given my style of driving and needs. However, I am open to considering some if they are highly recommended. So, I think that leaves me with appearance, handling and braking mods. Is there anything else?
I have a budget of ~2K. What specific mods should I be considering?

I like some parts of Aero kit, as in front and rear bumpers and side skirts. I do like the 18' wheels of the sport package. So, other than the wheels, can part of the Aero kit be ordered? If not, does Dinan or some other vendor provide an option for similar accessories?
What other mods should I consider?

What other mods should I consider? | The M tech aero kit is the front bumper, rear bumper, and side skirts. All for about $1300 not including paint and installation which would range anywhere from $1000 - $1700. Wheels and tires are a separate mod. OEM mods will cost you the least. Any aftermarket mod will cost more than OEM. Good luck!

I have a few questions related to the last 2 posts
1. What does OEM stand for?
2. Should Aero kit always be ordered as a 'port' option? Can it be done, say after using the car for 6 months? Would paint matching be an issue as the car's color would have aged.
3. Chitung, can you explain the back-up camera that you got?
4. Chitung, You have M5 SMG Paddle kit, can you explain what it is? Is this applicable for a Steptronic, I guess not?
