Today, I was Back for the Attack (extra points if anyone knows the reference)

My 550i finally runs straight, and my engine and transmission issues seem to have been resolved (although the transmission is not a benchmark in smoothness).

Now that the car is broken in . . .I finally enjoyed myself on some back roads going up and down the gears and enjoying the power and handling of the 5. I was finally having fun, and not irritated with the out of center steering wheel and alignment nonsense. More importantly, I finally felt "comfortable" in the car . . . you know, that feeling you get when you finally get used to a car and feel confident to get on it . . .

It was a lot of fun, and I hope that I continue to enjoy it . . .

Tomorrow, I think I'm going get up early and hit some back roads . . .
