How do you shift gears. Do you shift using the paddle shifters or stick the most?

Definitely the paddles. I rarely use the stick, but do play with it on occasion.

I use the paddles most of the time except when I'm turning (hence the paddles are not in their 2 and 10 o'clock position). I wish BMW had mounted the paddles on the steering column itself so they'll stay there when we turn the steering wheel.

I don't like the paddles...they don't fit my hands very well plus I can't seem to get my head around which way is which. Since I came from a manual, I like a stick to grab onto!
