Maybe I miss some discussions, I don't understand why BMW starts the MY2007 in March, rather than the normal Sept/Oct timeframe. I know usually a MY starts early due to some major changes, new gen, facelift, new engine, etc., but 2007 5 is virtually no diffetent from 2006.

It's been discussed a few times here. See dealer bulletin I posted a while back:

Quote: I'm just glad they do | Well on the downside it leads to a lot of "high mileage" used cars when the model year starts so early.

I'm hoping it leads to better lease numbers when September (the traditional start of a new MY) rolls around. Usually, the start of MY is worst for leasing...good leasing happens closer to the exit of a MY. Poor timing on my part but that is the way the cookie crumbles sometimes. Maybe I'll get lucky and have semi-decent leasing numbers in September!

simply go to www.bmwusa.com , then go to "build my 5xx" , they already have the 07 models and prices up there
